Healthy Provisions for Natural Disasters

We hope everyone who was affected by the Vancouver earthquake is doing alright! And for everyone in the path of Hurricane Sandy, hang tight and be safe as well!

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you may be stuck inside for a long time, make sure to stock up on these healthy, non-perishable foods:
